Vegan burger joint Earth Burger is the latest burger-centric restaurant to announce it will set up shop at the Mall of America.

Earth Burger, which started in San Antonio, Texas, in 2014, serves a variety of vegan and certified kosher menu items, like fish-less sandwiches, grilled chik-n protein wraps, barbecue sandwiches and their signature Earth Burger. Sides include fries, kale salads, apple slices and organically sweetened sodas. For dessert, there’s coconut soft serve and vegan brownies.

All meals are made with plant-based ingredients, no hydrogenated oils and no artificial colors.

The restaurant, which will be located on level three, south, is expected to open sometime in early 2018.

Chicago will become home to the first Midwestern location of West Coast-based vegan fast food chain Veggie Grill. The outlet will be opened in the Lakeview/Lincoln Park neighborhood.
